Tragus Piercings

Tragus piercings is done in front of the ear canal, for the purpose of inserting and wearing a piece of jewelry. The piercing itself is usually made with a small gauge hollow piercing needle, and typical jewelry would be a small diameter CBR or small gauge post style piercing jewelry. Tragus piercings are generally not very painful, due to the small number of nerve endings in the tragus. It is extremely necessary to not take off the piece while the regeneration is in process, taking it off on the very first days can cause damage to the cartilage and serious injuries in the future like infections or diseases; in an extreme case it can cause the loss of the anti - tragus and tragus.
