The Korean dragon was said to have certain specific traits, generally like the Chinese dragon, but it developed a longer beard, and Korean dragon has four claws. It is in many ways very similar in appearance to dragons of Chinese and Japanese mythology. They have 81 (9×9) scales on their backs, representing yang essence.
Very occasionally a dragon may be depicted as carrying a dragon orb known as the Yeouiju (여의주) in one or more of its claws.

Asian Dragon tattoos are a very famous art to get, but not alot of people actually know the meaning, or there just mislead.
